Pick a verified route and complete monthly payment via Razorpay or Cashfree.
Commute
Show up at pickup. App confirms attendance, tracks the ride, triggers backup if needed.

For providers
Register
Sign up as a car owner or bike rider using the same app.
KYC
Upload Aadhaar/PAN, selfie, address proof; get verified.
Vehicle
Register your vehicle with RC, insurance, fitness, PUC.
Route
Publish a route with pickup, drop, schedule and monthly fare.
Earn
Get passengers and earn monthly recurring income with reliability scoring.

Driver's app pings every morning. If no signal by departure −15 min, backup matcher fires.

Algorithm scores proximity, route fit, gender, rating, vehicle type, time, history, capacity, verification, women-preference, shift.

Push notification with backup driver details. Original driver marked absent in attendance record.
