About us

Daily commute,
as a subscription.

We're rebuilding the most expensive part of an Indian working professional's day — the morning commute — as a fixed-fare, verified, accountable product.

Travel Sathi started with a simple observation: the most expensive and stressful part of an Indian working professional's day is the morning commute, and yet it is paid for trip-by-trip, with no accountability and no continuity.

We turn that around. Providers post fixed-time, fixed-route commute subscriptions. Professionals buy a month at a time. KYC, vehicle verification, backup matching, and safety response are all built in. No surge. No churn. No surprises.

The platform runs on five completely separate surfaces — a passenger mobile app, plus four dedicated web panels for Super Admin, Finance, Fraud & Moderation, and Operations. None of them are merged. None of them ever will be.

What we stand for

Principles, not slogans.

M

Mission

Make Indian office commutes as predictable as the office hours they serve.

A

Approach

Subscription pricing, KYC-verified providers, algorithmic backup matching, and a real safety desk — bundled into one platform that respects how India actually works.

V

Values

Accountability over anonymity. Transparency over opacity. Predictability over peak-time opportunism. Safety as a feature, never an upsell.

Why 5 surfaces

Separation of duties,
by design.

Finance, fraud, ops and admin live on separate auth surfaces, separate routes, separate audit trails. They are never merged — even when it would be faster.

This is not a UI preference. It's a hard product decision: an immutable financial ledger means a finance panel that no other panel can edit, and a fraud panel whose actions are independently auditable from the rest of the system.
