How does pricing work?
Two separate fees: (1) Travel Sathi Membership — a flat ₹399/month for the passenger, independent of vehicle (one fee unlocks Bike + Car seat-booking). (2) Ride Wallet — your pre-paid wallet where 30 days of ride fare is reserved per booking; only one day is consumed per completed ride-day. Cancel anytime — unused reservations are returned to your wallet. Provider plans are separate: Bike providers pay ₹299/month, Car providers pay ₹699/month.
Who are the drivers?
Every driver on Travel Sathi is KYC-verified (Aadhaar/PAN + selfie + address proof), has a verified driving licence, and operates a vehicle with valid RC, insurance, fitness, and PUC. Documents are tracked to expiry and re-checked before renewal.
What if my driver is absent?
Our 11-criteria backup matcher scores proximity, route fit, rating, gender preference, vehicle type, and more — and auto-assigns a verified backup driver within 2 minutes. You get a push notification with the replacement driver details.
How does SOS work?
Tap the prominent red SOS button on your home screen. Your live GPS location is shared with our 24×7 safety desk, your nominated emergency contacts are notified by SMS, and a tamper-proof incident record is created.
Is this only for office commutes?
Yes — by design. Travel Sathi is purpose-built for daily office commutes: same origin, same destination, same time, every weekday. We do not run on-demand intercity rides.
Which cities are live?
